St. John’s Lutheran Church: 2022 Spring Grant Awards

St. John’s Lutheran Church of Pearl City was awarded $5,000 in our 2022 Spring Grant cycle for the Grace Meal project. The purpose of this project is to provide a free monthly meal to everyone in the area. This area includes Stephenson, Jo Daviess and Carroll counties. A nutritious meal is served without questions or qualifications. With the advent of Covid-19, every meal is contactless, carryout or delivery. In the past, in-house meals were also served. Fellowship was a big part of the meal for those who attended. Hopefully in the future, meals will once again be served in-house. Carryout and delivery will always be a part of the Grace meal.
