Our new office suite located on the second level of Citizens State Bank offers the opportunity for more connectness in a location shared by other businesses and community leaders while providing the space and professional atmosphere necessary to take the foundation to the next level. Though our address has changed to 1525 S. Forest Rd, our mission remains the same: to empower nonprofits to develop solutions that help northwest Illinois communities thrive.
