The Foundation of Northwest Illinois is pleased to announce the establishment of the Beth Winter Family Fund of Northwest Illinois. Through a generous donation from Winter Construction and the family of Beth Winter, nonprofit organizations have increased access to resources that support community growth and development with special consideration for children’s projects or programs.
Beth passed away too soon back in November of 2023, but she continues to live in the hearts of those who knew and loved her, and through this FNWIL Family Fund she can continue to be a contributing partner to the community that she called home her entire life. Though she worked for many local companies and ultimately Winter Construction, her 3 children and 6 grandchildren were really her passion, life’s work, and the center of her universe.
“The newly established fund in honor of Beth Winter is a meaningful way for the Winter family and all who knew Beth to celebrate her life,” said Michelle DeHaven Quast, CEO of The Foundation for Northwest Illinois. “The Beth Winter Family Fund serves as a lasting tribute to her legacy, enabling us to make a meaningful difference in the areas that Beth cared about most. We invite the community to join us in celebrating Beth’s life by contributing to this fund and helping us carry forward her hope for a thriving community.”
